How To Deal With A Job You Dont Like.

We have all been there: we find ourselves in a job that we don’t enjoy; a job that isn't in our career field; a job that leaves us counting down the minutes until we can clock out and go home for the day. It’s just a natural part of life and a natural part of creating the career of our dreams, but that doesn't mean we have to suffer day in and day out. Here are my tips on how to deal with a job you don’t like:

Go to work with a good attitude

Whether you want to be there or not, having a positive attitude is huge! Our emotions are contagious and if we’re running around work filled with negativity, it’s going to rub off on those around us, creating a negative and hostile place to be. On the flip side, showing up to work smiling and happy will also spread through the office and before you realize it, it might not be such a bad place after all!

Recognize that a bad job does not equal a bad life

We spend around 40 hours a week at our jobs so it’s so easy to fall down the “woe is me” hole when we don’t enjoy what we’re doing or where we’re working. But it’s important to remember that a bad job doesn’t equal a bad life. Take a moment to recognize the other aspects that you love about your life and remember that our jobs are only a small slice of the pie.

Take time for YOU

Your Urine Colour And Health Status

What the Color of Your Urine Says About Hidden Problems in Your Body

Clear or light yellow
This is an ideal urine color. If you see very light yellow or clear urine, it means you are very well hydrated and the body is functioning the way it should be. This usually happens when a person drinks lots of water.

Yellow
If you see plain yellow urine, it means your body is not very well hydrated. It could be due to excessive sweating or low hydration. Hence, it indicates that you should be drinking more of liquids to avoid dehydration.

Dark yellow
Due to intake of some medications, your urine may turn dark yellow. If you notice this color, then seek medical assistance immediately, because it is a sign of medical problems like liver disorders and hepatitis.

Milky-white
This color is due to growth of bacteria in the urinary tract. It indicates urinary tract infection or presence of kidney stones.

Red or pink
Red or pink urine could be because of consumption of food made with red dye or natural red color food like beetroot and blackberries. In more serious terms, it could indicate blood getting in the urine. The reason could be problems in the urinary system, kidney stones or strenuous or aerobic exercise, which can cause the breakdown of red blood cells.

Orange
Medication used to ease urinary problem can cause the urine to turn orange. Besides, consumption of carrots or carrot juice can give a tinge of orange color to your urine.

How To Do A Bosom-Self Exam,Better safe than sorry. It only takes 15 minutes.

Adult women of all ages are encouraged to perform bosom self-exams at least once a month; at the end of your monthly menstrual cycle when your bosoms are not as tender. bosom cancer can occur at any age, though it is most common in women older than 50. Many bosom problems are first discovered by women themselves, often by accident. bosom lumps can be noncancerous (benign) or cancerous (malignant).

J.H Medical center states, “Forty percent of diagnosed bosom cancers are detected by women who feel a lump, so establishing a regular bosom self-exam is very important.” While mammograms can help you to detect cancer before you can feel a lump, bosom self-exams help you to be familiar with how your bosoms look and feel so you can alert your healthcare professional if there are any changes.

How should a bosom self-exam be performed?

1) In the Shower
Using the pads of your fingers, move around your entire bosom in a circular pattern moving from the outside to the center, checking the entire bosom and armpit area. Check both bosoms each month feeling for any lump, thickening, or hardened knot. Notice any changes and get lumps evaluated by your healthcare provider.

2) In Front of a Mirror
Visually inspect your bosoms with your arms at your sides. Next, raise your arms high overhead.

Look for any changes in the contour, any swelling, or dimpling of the skin, or changes in the Tips. Next, rest your palms on your hips and press firmly to flex your chest muscles. Left and right bosoms will not exactly match—few women's bosoms do, so look for any dimpling, puckering, or changes, particularly on one side.
